What you’ll need:
150ml PURO Coconut Milk
¼ cup PURO Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
Splash of vanilla essence
How to make it:
- Grab a large mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients together using a hand whisk.
- Lightly coat a pan with PURO Virgin Coconut Oil or any other oil to ensure the mixture is easy to flip over.
- Spoon out the mixture in to the pan and flatten it so it can cook evenly. Give it about 2 minutes on the grill on each side.
- Enjoy with fresh berries or our sugar free, gluten free PURO chocolate spreads!
