Sugar Free Pancakes

What you’ll need:

150ml PURO Coconut Milk
¼ cup PURO Coconut Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
Splash of vanilla essence 


How to make it:

  1. Grab a large mixing bowl and combine all the ingredients together using a hand whisk.
  2. Lightly coat a pan with PURO Virgin Coconut Oil or any other oil to ensure the mixture is easy to flip over.
  3. Spoon out the mixture in to the pan and flatten it so it can cook evenly. Give it about 2 minutes on the grill on each side.
  4. Enjoy with fresh berries or our sugar free, gluten free PURO chocolate spreads!
